Just north of Miami, discover The Ray – a stylish boutique hotel envisioned by Menin Development and slated to open Summer 2021 in the trendy Pineapple Grove Arts District of Delray Beach. With brilliant modernist architecture by Gonzalez Architects and soulful interiors designed by Studio Munge, Ember Grill is the lobby destination restaurant operated by industry leader Clique Hospitality.
Exemplifying the neighbourhood’s eclectic beachy vibe while elevating the mood through the thoughtful curation of textures, the dining venue features a layered combination of custom furnishings and crafted details.
Soft textiles are balanced with tanned leathers while matt rattan and natural oak contrast glazed ceramics and antique mirrors. In a comforting marriage of colours, soulful hues of hunter green and burned oranges live in harmony across the venue.
Bringing a sense of fun, the lively bar and vibrant open kitchen are as entertaining as beautiful, contributing to the sizzling ambience while connecting guests to the gregarious hotel staff. Framing the restaurant is an expansive terrace – a social hub rhythmed by lush planting, bringing together locals and travellers alike as part of the creative community.
